After-hour remote support hours are 18h30 to 22h00 (Weekly rotational shifts)
Weekend Standby Remote support hours are 08h00 to 22h00 (only when queries come in or high sites are down and troubleshooting is required)
Weekends in office Support hours are every 2nd Saturday (only when required)

Key Responsibilities
• Receive and pick up on all inbound call and email sale leads
• Communicate directly with each and every prospects to establish customer needs
• Prepare and present proposals / contracts to clients
• Keep track of and follow up on all sales leads
• Scheduling technician client on site appointments
• Managing client expectation time frames
• Cold calling
• Achieve individual targets
• Work with the marketing team to generate new sales leads and acquire new customers
• Propose developing opportunities and expand customer base
• Update weekly call report and REACH daily
